Kyle McElroy
Kyle is from Richmond, Texas. After earning his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Houston, he went on to be a schoolteacher teaching U.S. history in the west Houston area. Afterwards, he attended the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree.
While in law school, Kyle worked for multiple professors aiding in their classes and research. He was also a staff member for the Catholic University Law Review Journal writing and proofreading additions to the journal. And, he was a student attorney for the school’s low-income tax clinic.
Kyle joined the team of Texas Workers’ Compensation attorneys at Abbott Clay and Bedoy, LLC in January of 2023. Since that time, Kyle has earned the praise of his clients and coworkers alike, establishing himself as a strong player in the fight for workers’ rights against aggressive insurance companies and employers.
Kyle is a member of the Texas State Bar. In his free time, he likes to study history, practice chess, and play sports.
