He attended Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a degree in History and International Studies before attending law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio. Prior to joining the team at Abbott & Associates, LLC, Marco was an associate at a private law firm in El Paso, TX working in the litigation department. Marco has studied in both Spain and Quebec, and speaks English, Spanish, and French.
Marco was admitted to the Texas College of Pro Bono during law school for his dedication to providing pro bono assistance to Texans in need. Additionally, he participated in a legal clinic for consumer protection in which he successfully assisted many clients. As a law student, he was a law clerk at the Office of the Attorney General in the Consumer Protection Division, the president of the Hispanic Law Student Association at St. Mary’s School of Law, and a senator for the Student Bar Association.
Marco now focuses his practice on helping injured Texas workers obtain the income benefits and medical care that they deserve after being injured on the job. He is passionate about making sure his clients receive the treatment, respect, and rights they deserve and advocates strongly for them.
Marco is a member of the Texas State Bar. In his free time, Marco enjoys hiking, kayaking, spending time with his family and friends, and most of all, watching Texas A&M football.
