As the Internet becomes the preferred mode of communication, NYCM offers Xclaim Software - a proprietary Internet-based management information tool - that will quickly become "information central" for our members, our agent partners, and our own in-house claims and case management professionals.

Xclaim Insurance System was developed by NYCM’s David Laribee who now serves as President of a company established by NYCM under the same name. Working closely with NYCM, David and a team of software engineers continue to develop new and innovative features for Xclaim to the benefit of trust members and agents alike.

Xclaim Member Manager provides our trust members 24/7/365 confidential access to up-to-date claims status, loss totals, and other important trust information. All information is updated within 24 hours of action.

For our agent partners, Xclaim Client Manager lets them quickly, easily, and securely access important client information and reports whenever they need it. It provides easy access to up-to-date information including claims, losses, experience mods, premium payments and loss ratios for each and every one of their clients who is enrolled in an NYCM trust.

In addition, agents can print, e-mail or “fax direct” a Certificate of Insurance through Xclaim Client Manager.
